About The Flow Space
TFS is committed to teaching students that they can overcome any obstacle in their path, both physically and mentally.
Through learning parkour with our coaches, who act like mentors, students gain massive amounts of confidence and strength and gain huge boosts to creativity and problem-solving skills.
Because learning parkour is so fun, students stick with parkour for 400% longer than traditional sports.
